Dubai-based proptech startup Realiste launched Real Estate Society Club in MENA

Proptech company Realiste launched the ‘Real Estate Society Club’ for both local professionals and foreign entrepreneurs and investors.

Among its members are state officials, top managers of leading developing companies, business owners, business angels, and venture capitalists, who gather together to network and share insights about the real estate market in MENA. The company holds events every month.

‘As we help investors purchase property in MENA, we communicate a lot with foreign investors as well as local developers and state officials. These two community members rarely intersect in Dubai, even though business events are common here. Some foreign investors are convinced that it is impossible to approach a government official. One of our missions as a company is to build a bridge between local professionals and the international business community,’— Anastasia Denisova, CEO of Realiste MENA, says.

Realiste has already hosted two events. The first took place on the 16th of November on a yacht in Dubai. Realiste’s team managed to gather 40 guests with top managers from Nakheel, Deyaar, Engineering Consortium, DAMAC, Ellington properties, Samana Developers, and MAG, who shared some exclusive market insights. ‘One of our honored guests from Nakheel revealed some intriguing details on the upcoming relaunch of Palm Jebel Ali,’ — Anastasia Denisova tells.

The second event was hosted on 9 December at a Dubai-based gallery ‘Art in Space’ and brought together state officials, top managers of developing and telecommunication companies, and media personas, including the host of The Dubai Talk Show. Apart from investment opportunities, Realiste’s guests discussed the future of the real estate market in MENA and the role of proptech in transforming the industry. Members of the community shared their views of AI and its possibilities to revolutionize the market.
