Dubai’s Real Estate Soars: $600M in Transactions Make Thursday a Triumph

Frenzied Sales, Mortgages, and Gifts Drive a Spectacular Day in Dubai's Property Landscape

On Thursday, Dubai’s real estate market achieved an impressive milestone with nearly $600 million (AED 2.2 billion) in property transactions.

The day’s activities encompassed a total of 551 sales transactions, amounting to AED 1.8 billion. Additionally, 92 mortgage deals were concluded, totaling AED 384.85 million, and 19 gift transactions were executed, collectively valuing AED 111.2 million. These figures were reported by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).

Among the sales, 506 villas and apartments were transacted, reaching a cumulative value of AED 1.4 billion. Furthermore, 45 land plots changed hands, representing a total worth of AED 391.15 million.

In terms of mortgages, 86 villas and apartments were part of the agreements, with a combined value of AED 325.53 million. The mortgage deals also involved 6 land plots, which were appraised at AED 59.32 million.
