Sobha Realty, a major premium real estate developer in the GCC, announced the opening of its first flagship residential project on Thursday, as Dubai’s expanding luxury property market continues to create unprecedented demand from high net worth purchasers from across the world.
Informa, the organizers of Dubai’s largest property expo Cityscape, said that the 2022 edition, which will take place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from November 21-23, will provide guests with a first look at Sobha Reserve.
According to a news release from the organizers, the project will use technology to improve efficiency, sustainability, and liveability.
“We have combined different advancements such as robots, AI, and data analytics to assure high-quality and elegant apartments,” PNC Menon, the founder and chairman of Sobha Realty, said in a statement.
