RIM|Real Estate Industry Media would like to introduce you to DJ Armin, the Managing Partner of ZAS Group of Companies. He began practicing Architecture after obtaining a Doctorate in Architecture, a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning obtained in Paris, France at Sorbonne University, and a Master of Architecture from Tehran University. DJ has been an international expert advisor to many governments and semi-governments such as Government of Libya, Government of Caribbean Island, Toronto Municipality and Government of Ivory coast. He also has been an advisor to the President of Kyrgyzstan since last 2 years.
His extensive design and management expertise of large scale and complex mixed-use, high-rise, and master planning projects has led to the successful completion of several infrastructure, cultural, corporate, institutional, residential, hospitality, passenger terminals, city centers, large neighborhoods, and private / public sector projects. He has assumed the role of Project Development Advisor in a number of projects worldwide. He is also extensively involved in seminars and magazine interviews as a distinguished speaker or an expert panelist.
His knowledge is broad and varied and has contributed to expanding company’s operation in the Middle East with the opening of the ZAS office in Dubai in 2004. Under his leadership, ZAS Dubai has been involved designing various projects in countries like Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, India, Egypt, Libya, Sudan, Qatar, Oman, Kyrgyzstan, Morocco and Kuwait. DJ has led many projects for major Dubai developers such as Emaar, Damac, Nakheel, etc.
DJ has led a few small and large scale development projects in Toronto and currently he is developing a large scale mix used development project in Kyrgyzstan which its design represents the Culture, History and nature of the country. The Development of these project has given DJ and ZAS the knowledge and the edge to provide Best Use Analysis and Development Advisory Services to many clients in MENA region and most recently in Dubai.
