Dubai- The 8th edition of the Burj CEO Awards concluded in grand style on the evening of 24 November at Al Habtoor Palace Dubai, bringing together global leaders, industry pioneers, innovators, and changemakers for one of the world’s most influential leadership celebrations. Organized by CEO Club Networks, the red-carpet gala was followed by a morning Business Summit, creating a powerful two-day platform for networking, insights, and international recognition.
This year’s edition showcased a diverse group of exceptional achievers from across sectors — with the real estate industry standing out prominently among the honorees.

Among the celebrated recipients was Charles K., Founder of ABITEC, who earned the award for Luxury Villas Builder of the Year, acknowledging his firm’s rising reputation for delivering bespoke luxury residences tailored to Dubai’s high-end market.
Ajmal Saifi, CEO of Prestige One Developments, received the title of Luxury Lifestyle Developer of the Year, honoring the company’s commitment to experiential living, architectural refinement, and customer-driven luxury.
Representing the world of design, Serhii Bykov, Co-Founder of ISTO Architecture, was awarded Architecture Firm of the Year, reflecting ISTO’s expanding influence in contemporary, client-centric architectural solutions delivered with precision and artistry.
Tom Urquhart served as the on-stage host and Master of Ceremonies. He is widely regarded as one of the region’s most sought-after television presenters, radio broadcasters, and event hosts, with an extensive track record of leading high-profile gala dinners and award ceremonies. The ceremony was a seamless blend of entertainment, inspiration, and recognition. CEO Club Chairman Dr. Tariq Nizami opened the evening with a welcome speech that set the tone for an extraordinary night, while also announcing that the 9th edition of the Burj CEO Awards will take place in China, marking another milestone in the award’s international expansion.
